Thanks to everyone's support, our facility did not suffer any major damage from the earthquake, and we are operating as usual today.
During the earthquake about 10 years ago, the hot spring water temporarily became cloudy, which caused concern. However, this time, there has been no impact on the hot spring facilities or the quality of the water, and the spring water is extremely stable and pure.
Yamaga - Hirayama area at the northernmost tip of Kumamoto Prefecture, where our facility is located, is situated on a firm and stable ground (including Aso pyroclastic flow deposits), ensuring a safe and secure environment for our guests.We always provide warm water to help alleviate some of your daily fatigue and anxiety.
■ Regarding vigilance and safety measures for future aftershocks
Unexpected aftershocks may continue.At this facility, we prioritize the safety of our guests and continuously conduct inspections and safety checks of the facility and its equipment.
If you feel any shaking during your stay, please remain calm and follow the instructions of our staff.
